Doldam

Doldam is a grilled meat restaurant in Namjeong-dong, Suncheon. It serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) scored in a honeycomb pattern and a set lunch of ssambap, with lettuce, perilla leaf, crown daisy, bok choy, ssamchu, and napa cabbage on the side. The owner scores the meat by hand, and drinks are brought out in a bucket of ice. Samgyeopsal must be ordered in a minimum of three servings.
