Bukbu Halmae Bossam is a restaurant in Suncheon that serves bossam and jokbal. The bossam is tender, with a good ratio of meat to fat, and the kimchi and chewy jokbal are ordered alongside it. Makguksu is a familiar-tasting noodles dish eaten with the bossam and jokbal. Prices are on the high side and the taste falls short of expectations.
