Yeonbaek Naengmyeon

Yeonbaek Naengmyeon is a long-running Hamhung-style naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul that specializes in mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon. It uses broth boiled in-house and noodles made on site, and the bibim naengmyeon comes in mild, medium, and spicy versions. Even the medium version tastes hot, and the mild version can still be slightly spicy. The noodle portion is small, so an adult man needs a double order or an extra serving of noodles.
