Ubergeum

Ubeogeum is a Seoul restaurant serving daechang (beef large intestine), gopchang (grilled intestines), and bossam. The daechang and gopchang come with bean sprouts, while the meat is served with a dipping sauce. The lunch bossam is served like a lunchbox and includes one or two more pieces of meat than the regular bossam set meal. Extra rice is available on request, but bossam kimchi and ssam vegetables are not included.
