Syokuto

Shokuto is a restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe, Japanese-style rice bowls, and noodle dishes. The mixed aged hoe uses seasonal fish, and the chicken soy sauce curry comes with curry aged at low temperature for 24 hours and soy-marinated chicken thigh. Group use and reservations are available, and takeout and delivery are also offered. The sake don is made with Norwegian salmon aged with salt, cheongju, kelp, dill, and lemon, and parking is available.
