Busan-style fish cake, tteokbokki, sundae, and mixed fritters are sold at a small food stall inside Bangi Market in Songpa-gu, Seoul. The plump, chewy rice cakes are coated in a thick market-style sauce. The fish cake broth contains bean sprouts, giving it a clean taste, and the sundae mixes several types of innards with particularly fresh liver. The tteokbokki sauce is sometimes served less reduced, and after eating it leaves you thirsty enough to drink a lot of water.
