Insaeng Dwaeji

Insaedwaeji is a pork grill restaurant in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), pork collar, and pork jowl. The samgyeopsal and pork collar are cut thick like steak, and staff slice and grill them at the table. The meal comes with steamed egg and scallion salad, and kimchi noodles are a common dessert order. The charcoal fire runs hot, so the thick samgyeopsal can burn on the outside while staying undercooked inside.
