Hanwoo Sanghoe

Hanwoo Sanghoe is a Korean beef restaurant in Munjeong-dong, Seoul, that uses cattle slaughtered on the same day. Its menu runs from mungti-gi and yukhoe to gopchang jeongol, galbi jjim, and malgeun gomtang. The mungti-gi is chewy without a fishy smell. Malgeun seonji guk is served as a basic side dish and is refilled continuously.
