Enkacheu

Enkatsu is a restaurant in Seoul that serves donkatsu. The rosu katsu has a chewy texture and rich fat, and it is eaten with wasabi, cabbage salad, and rice. The sang rosu katsu includes gabrisal katsu and a tasting hire katsu, and the staff bring an apron and ask before refilling the salad. Aside from one four-person table, all seating is at the bar, so table seats are limited.
