Jindam

Jindam is a kalguksu restaurant on Saemaeul-gil near Sokcho Beach. It serves dak kalguksu, kongguksu, and myeongnan butter kalguksu, with broth boiled daily and noodles made in-house. The dak kalguksu comes with perilla oil and pepper, and chalbap is added at the end. The kitchen is open, lemon sorbet is served after the meal, and staff help with menu explanations and ordering.
