Hwangbuja Twigim is a fried-food restaurant in Sokcho Jungang Market that sells ojingeo sundae, twigim, and jeon. Its signature nurungji ojingeo sundae is grilled crisp on the outside like scorched rice, contrasting with the chewy squid, and its nude saewoo twigim is fried with only the shrimp meat and no shell. Ojingeo sundae is grilled to order on a griddle, and the twigim rotation is fast, so even a line moves quickly. The twigim stays crisp even after takeout and cooling.
