Chungju Sanghoe

Chungju Sanghoe is inside Sokcho Jungang Market, selling takeout squid sundae and Abai sundae made on site. The kkot sundae is mild and the mak sundae is spicy, and the squid sundae is filled like gimbap and eaten dipped in cho gochujang. When you pick a sundae, it is coated in egg wash and grilled on the spot, and you can order kkot sundae and mak sundae half and half. Squid sundae hardens and loses flavor once it cools, so it is better eaten right away.
