The Mix Lab

The Mix Lab is a cocktail bar on Garosu-gil near Sinsa Station in Seoul that serves cocktails and whiskey in a laboratory concept. It makes cocktails using a centrifuge and sous-vide methods, and presents ingredient combinations inspired by the periodic table. Behind a glass wall inside an iron door is a lab with a centrifuge and a rotary evaporator, where staff explain the menu and the production process. Clear cocktails have different flavors depending on the drink.
