Omoté

Omoté is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of Thomson Plaza in Singapore that serves sashimi rice bowls and modern Japanese dishes. Its main items are chirashi don and unagi chirashi, and the rice bowls come topped with a large amount of sashimi. Orders are placed by QR code, and by 5:30 p.m. half the seats fill within 10 to 15 minutes even without a reservation. The lighting is dim, which makes the menu text appear small.
