Kenji

Kenji is a small private kitchen in a corner of the first floor of City Gate Mall in Singapore, serving sushi and Japanese omakase. It uses seasonal ingredients and aged fish, prepared to bring out the natural flavour of the ingredients, and the menu can be discussed before visiting. The dinner omakase takes about two hours and thirty minutes, and reservations are made by writing requests on WhatsApp. The chef runs the place alone, cooking based on experience built in Japan, and only accepts guests who have reserved.
