Bugis Xin Yuan Ji is a restaurant on the basement second floor of Guoco Tower on Tan Quee Lan Street in Bugis, Singapore. It serves milk fish noodle soup and fish soup, with the milk-based broth holding fried fish or sliced fish and ordered alongside thick rice noodles or rice.
