Tokyo Metropolitan Government Citizens’ Plaza

Tokyo Tocho Tomin Hiroba is a public square of about 3,000 square meters located between the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 and No. 2, near Tochomae Station. It has artificial turf and benches, and projection mapping is shown on the wall of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1, with events and product fairs also held there. The projection mapping is shown every 30 minutes after sunset, with music matched to the video. Winter nights are windy and very cold, so cold-weather preparation is needed.
