Shinjuku Gyoen is a large garden near Shinjuku Station in Tokyo that combines Japanese, English, and French garden styles. It contains a greenhouse, pavilions, and dozens of cherry tree varieties, and there is a Starbucks inside the park. Tickets can be bought with cash or card at unmanned machines at the entrance, and tapping a Suica saves time at entry. There are few benches, and one pond is closed for construction.
