Daikyo Park sits inside a residential area near Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo. It is a small park about the size of a tennis court, shaded by large trees, with one slide and a drinking fountain. There are toilets, a hand-washing area, trash bins, two benches, and four stone chairs, and a cooling festival is held in late August. Mosquitoes are numerous in summer, so insect repellent is needed.
