Nature is a dessert cafe on the first floor of T8 in Kyoto Takashimaya, in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto, selling plant-based gelato and chai lattes. Mango gelato comes on a water base and strawberry on a rice base, and there is also a matcha and salted caramel combination. A roasted-rice-like puff is layered under the gelato, and decaffeinated dotori tea can be ordered. The elaborate bouquet form is not sold; only a combination of three small flowers and gelato is available.
