Kotoku Park is within walking distance of Tanbaguchi Station and sits north of the Matsumoto supermarket. It has a large open plaza in the middle, a loop walking path around the edge, and exercise equipment. There are restrooms and vending machines, and benches around the sand play area where adults can watch children. Playground equipment for children is limited.
