Byōdō-ji (Inaba-dō) Temple

Heian-ji (Inbendo) is a temple near Nishiki Market in Kyoto that sells amulets and related goods for the health and safety of pets. Pet amulets and omikuji are available, and the wish plaques are filled with gratitude instead of wishes. Lucky amulets are sold only until 4:30 p.m., and a veterinary clinic is right next door. The temple is small.
