Yakata Park is a small park on the west bank of the Kamogawa in Kyoto, south of the elevated Tokaido Shinkansen and JR Nara Line tracks. In spring, cherry trees and lawns spread out, and the park connects to the Kamogawa walking path. There is a children's play area, a water tap, and a toilet, and passing trains can be seen from inside the park. The toilet has an old Japanese-style squat toilet, which is inconvenient for women to use.
