Seppouen Bokakaku is a two-story teahouse and gatehouse on the east side of Enrindo, at the center of Shiseien, the detached garden of Higashi Honganji in Kyoto. It was rebuilt in 1892 and has a distinctive structure with stair entrances called sanro on both sides. The upper floor holds a room of four and a half tatami mats, with a ceiling center bearing a jishiban pattern arranged in the twelve zodiac signs. The interior is normally closed to the public, so visitors cannot go up.
