Jaegwon Galbi

Jaegeon Galbi is a galbi restaurant in Sugok 1-dong, Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. It cooks pork galbi in a soy sauce-based broth, eaten with kimchi or red pepper powder. The restaurant has been in operation for over 30 years, and after the galbi, the remaining broth can be used to fry rice or add udon noodles. The broth is on the salty side.
