Bitduri is a tofu restaurant near Cheongpyeong Lake in Gapyeong. Its jat dubu jeongol comes with soft tofu and mushrooms in a slightly spicy broth made savory with pine nuts. The dining room has full-length windows and seating on two floors. The jat kongguksu noodles are divisive.
