Chungsoojang

Cheong su jang is a pork galbi restaurant in Jeongneung, Seoul. It grills pork galbi in a soy sauce marinade that is not sweet, and serves hamheung naengmyeon and chadol doenjang jjigae alongside. The restaurant has run for nearly 40 years, and on Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. a wait of about 20 minutes forms. Parking space is limited in the narrow one-way alley.
