Gansong Art Museum sits on a hill in the alleys of Seongbuk-dong in Seoul and is a private museum that displays Korean cultural heritage. Its collection includes the Hunminjeongeum Haeryebon and Shin Yun-bok's Miindo. It opened in 1938 as Bohwagak and is the first private museum in Korea, with entry limited to a set number of people at designated times after online reservation. Some viewing sessions do not display national treasure-level works.
