Seomyeon Gop

Seomyeon Gop is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant next to Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon, Busan. Staff grill hanwoo gopchang, daechang (beef large intestine), teukyang, and handmade garlic gopchang at the table, served with daepagimchi, tteokbokki, and eomuk. Potatoes and rice cakes can be added, and cheese fried rice is available as a final course. The restaurant has English and Chinese menus.
