Sariwon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Busan that specializes in North Korean-style food. Its Pyeongyang naengmyeon mixes dongchimi brine with meat broth, and the menu also includes eobok jaengban, North Korean-style kimchi mandu, and bindaetteok fried in pork fat. The mung bean pancakes that the grandmother used to grill are now grilled by staff, and orders to leave out the dongchimi are accepted. The seasoning is stronger than Seoul-style Pyeongyang naengmyeon, so it does not suit anyone expecting a bland taste.
