New Rou Men Guan Zi Seomyeon is a Taiwanese restaurant on the fifth floor of Samjeong Tower in Seomyeon, Busan, serving beef noodles, wonton noodles, and shrimp dumplings. The hongshao niu rou mian comes with tender meat and bok choy in a spiced, rich broth, and diners can mix in chili oil. It sits in a corner of the food mall next to Geodae Gomtang, which makes it easy to find, and food arrives quickly in the evening. At lunch during holidays the small space gets busy and cluttered.
