Munhwa Yang Gopchang

Culture Yang Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Seomyeon, Busan, serving Korean-style grilled intestines including soegan, sodaechang, somakchang, and sonaejang. The space is divided into several sections, and staff grill the yang gopchang at the table. Parties of two must still order a minimum of three servings. The chopsticks and cups are not clean, and hygiene management falls short.
