Samojeong

Samojeong Seomyeon Branch is a Korean restaurant in the Seomyeon dwaeji gukbap alley, serving samgyetang along with galbitang, bibimbap, and bulgogi jeongol. The samgyetang is soft enough that the meat separates easily from the bone, and a sweet ginseng liquor comes out with the order. Samgyetang usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. On boknal and during lunch hours, there are waits and delays in service.
