Mittoboru

Mitteboru is a Japanese-style rice bowl restaurant in the center of the Jeonpo Cafe Street in Seomyeon, Busan, serving horumon-don and butadon. The horumon-don tops charcoal-grilled daechang coated in a red seasoning with paechae, fresh wasabi, and gim. The shop is small, and food is cooked to order, so waiting usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The horumon-don is on the greasy side.
