Makoto Jeonpo Jikyeongjeom is a noodle shop in the alleys of the Jeonpo Cafe Street in Busan, serving Japanese-style tsukemen and ramen. The niboshi-rich tsukemen comes with anchovy broth for dipping firm noodles, and handmade yaki gyoza and chashu are available on the side. Table induction cookers reheat the tsukeziru so the broth stays warm to the end, and seaweed refills are free. There is a wait at weekday lunch and on weekends.
