Gijang Son-Kalguksu

Gijang Son Kalguksu is an old kalguksu restaurant in Busan that serves hand-made knife-cut noodles. The noodles are served with a generous amount of minced garlic on top. Lines form depending on the time of day, and the bowl holds broth and noodles with almost no other ingredients. The taste is weaker than it used to be.
