Darin Son Jjajang

Dalinsonsajang is a Chinese restaurant in Bujeon Market in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and udon with hand-pulled noodles. The noodles are pulled by hand in front of the shop, giving them a soft texture that sits easy on the stomach after the meal. The dining room is small, and the tangsuyuk comes with a soft, crisp texture and the sauce poured over it. Prices run higher than at nearby noodle shops.
