Cottage P is a small restaurant serving pasta and risotto in the alley behind NC Department Store in Seomyeon, Busan. It offers mushroom cream pasta, pollack roe oil pasta, and shrimp and scallop oil pasta, along with squid ink risotto. For a wait, you write down your name and are notified by phone, which takes about 20 to 30 minutes to an hour. With only about 4 to 8 tables, seating is on the tight side.
