Bokdongine Ojisan

Bokdongine Ojisang is a Japanese ramen shop in Busan that serves niboshi ramen, located a five-minute walk between Seomyeon Station Exit 12 and Bujeon Station Exit 2. It offers rich niboshi shoyu ramen and niboshi tsukemen, with a clear broth made from chicken and anchovies. Orders are placed at a kiosk at the entrance, food arrives in five to ten minutes, and the shop has only six or seven seats. The anchovy smell is fishy, the saltiness is strong, and the taste makes you thirsty at the end.
