Yeowoogol Sushi

Yeougol Sushi in Sinchon, Seoul serves tuna hoe sushi and salmon, hwaleo, and shrimp sushi, and many people order the modum sushi. The aged modum sushi arrives in two rounds of six pieces, and the rice is packed in small, soft portions so it is eaten almost like spooning. A service udon comes with the meal to have alongside the sushi. The grains of rice scatter easily, so the sushi falls apart when picked up with chopsticks.
