Yeonhui Boribap

Yeonhui Boribap is a Korean restaurant on the second floor of Yeonhui Mat-gil in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving barley rice with seasoned vegetable side dishes. Its signature cheonggukjang comes with mild fermented soybean paste and eight vegetables, mixed into the barley rice. Orders are placed at a table kiosk, seaweed soup is taken from a self-service bar, and Sikhye and barley gangjeong are served as dessert. The grilled mackerel is small, tough, and fishy.
