Yeon Makchang Ewha Direct Branch

Yeonmakchang Idae Direct Branch is in Seoul and serves makchang (beef abomasum) and naengsam grilled over charcoal. The makchang is aged in lotus leaves, and the tteok and scallions are taken from a self-service bar. The self-service bar also has vegetables, slush drinks, and pineapple for grilling. The chon doenjang is boiled thick with beef added.
