Yangmingsan

Yangmingsan is a Taiwanese-Chinese restaurant near Hongjecheon in Yeonhui-dong and the Seodaemun-gu Office, serving beef noodles and a half-and-half fry of eggplant and meat. The eggplant fry, stuffed with dumpling filling between slices of eggplant, and the crisp meat fry are the signature dishes. Dumplings are made by hand, lunch orders close around 2 p.m., and the fried dumplings sometimes sell out after 1 p.m. The shop has five tables, so later visits come with a wait.
