Yabai

Yabai is a teppanyaki restaurant in Sinchon, Seoul, specializing in okonomiyaki, monjayaki, and yakisoba. The okonomiyaki can be ordered with cheese or seafood, and the yakisoba comes with pork. Staff cook the monjayaki at the table, and eating it takes a long time; on weekends there have been cases of waiting two hours. The restaurant is in a basement, so smoke does not vent well.
