Wangsamchon

Wang Samchon, which moved from the Jongsam area of Seoul, serves samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork jowl. It also serves galmaegisal, with the meat grilled on a sloped griddle and chives dressed to order. Side dishes and kimchi stew come with the meal, and the seasoned soybean sprouts are made with sesame oil. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) is also available to order.
