Tojong Sundae Guk

Tojong Sundaeguk is an old restaurant between the entrances of Hongje-dong's Inwang Market and Pobangteo Market, serving sundaeguk and pork head meat. The clear broth is seasoned with chives added first and salted shrimp, and the bowl holds head meat and regular sundae together. At the open kitchen by the entrance, sundae and suyuk are sliced and plated by hand, and at lunch there can be a wait because only six or seven tables are available. Ingredients run out around 5 p.m., and the place does not suit a date.
