Sitting at the counter is a good option, and the sushi comes as about 18 pieces eaten with ssamjang, cucumber, and garlic stems. The evening omakase starts with porridge and fried pufferfish, and for dessert you choose either soba or udon, with strawberries also served. Seats are limited, so a reservation is required.
