Culture Village is a small sushi restaurant near Inwang Elementary School, a six-minute walk from Hongje Station. It serves aged hoe sushi, placing aged neta such as salmon, engawa, and otoro on moist, sweet shari, along with egg sushi and aged kimchi sushi. A bowl of broth udon or soy sauce bibim udon with a soft-boiled egg comes free with the sushi, and aged kimchi sushi can finish the meal. The shari is thick, and the vinegar's sweetness and salt are strong, making it rich.
