Sushihanae is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant near Myongji University in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, serving hwareo, modum, and salmon sushi along with cold momil and udon. The lunch special pairs cold momil or udon with hwareo sushi, modum sushi, or salmon sushi. Ordering specific sushi separately works better than taking what is already on the belt, and the two-person set includes 24 pieces of sushi, two bowls of udon or momil, and two pieces of fried shrimp. The rice is pressed by machine, the fish dries out, and a lot of sauce is poured over the sushi.
