Subin Tteokgalbi

Subin Tteokgalbi is a hanjeongsik restaurant in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, serving tteokgalbi, ganjang gejang, and borigulbi. Ordering a main dish brings a spread of banchan, and the tteokgalbi arrives on a hot stone plate. On weekends the restaurant draws enough diners that a reservation is needed. Left too long on the hot stone plate, the underside of the tteokgalbi sticks and burns.
